1.There two options for Bulk Handling and transshipment in sheltered waters:
(1) Slewing Crane with single rope/motor Grab
(2) Heavy duty high performance slewing Crane /Double girder four-rope grab cranes
 
The Crane is suitable for multi-purpose and bulk handling on vessels up to Panamax size.Equipped with either a single rope or motor grab these cranes are an economical solution nevertheless providing efficient performance. 
 
Unobstructed view due to improved position of first jib bracket;
 
Double beam boom for high rigidity, less corrosion and easy repair
 
Luffing through jib bracket instead of jib head, therefore less maintenance costs,less power consumption and higher luffing speed
 
Very reliable and easily maintain open loop type
 
Slewing gear of closed loop type for independent speed control;

  1. Upper hook limitter -- the crane is equiped with an automatic hook stop device at the boom top.

  3. Luffing up-down limiters----the luffing cylinder is designed with safe buffering in extreme positions

1.the design all the productions drawings and the calculation is reasonable and meet the international

3.On site testing
CCS enquiry the safety rate is 1.25times, which means the actual lifting capacity is 1.25time the rated 
lifting capacity.And will issued exactly testing report according to the technical agreements.
