Product details

Compared with typical E-glass fiber, ECR has the following unique benefits:
1. Higher tensile strength, up to 20% higher than E-glass fiber;
2. Higher softening temperature, up to 60ºC higher than E-glass fiber;
3. Raw materials containers no boron and no flurine, to ensure clean production.

ECR is especially suitalble for high pressure and high temperature applications. In addition, ECR maintains excellent electric properties, including dielectric constant and volume resistivity of E-glass.

380GSM Fiberglass Continuous filament Mat is primarily in pultrusion, RTM, filament winding and hand lay-up processed. Such as pultruded parts, pipes, storage tanks, wind generator blades and other FRP products. 

Property:

1. Even thickness, high wet tensile strength retention 
2. Directional properties and strengths same to woven roving 
3. Enough hollows on surface to make it good permeability 
4. Flexibility to design variety weaving structures 
5. Stable structure required to achieve maximum tensile strength properties.
Stitch mat for pultrusion is used in unsaturated polyester resin strenthen.

Stitch mat should be reserved indoor with drying, cool condition. It suggests that better to keep the package closed in order to prevent it from the wet.
