Middle Consistency Hydrapulper for Paper MachineApplication:This machine of rotating knife and the fixed knife all use special alloy steel ,and the material is the special wear-resisting.

Rotating knife using high backflow three wraps scroll design ,applicable to all kinds of different type of waste paper.
Intermittent operation is especially applicable for higher wet strength waste paper.
ZSG series high- consistency hydrapulper is used to treat kinds of stock with 14-16% consistency and intermittent operation, especially in waste paper defiberization system. What is more, it utilizes saved S-type cutterhead and decreases 25% consumption than original hydrapulper. Besides, S-type cutterhead is equipped with function of automatic washing screen plate in the operation and improve productivity effectively.
