1. What is the payment term?
1) T/T 
2) Western Union
30% or 50% (depends on the products) deposit in advance before production, the 
balance payment before shippment.EXW paid by USD or RMB cash. We will offer you details on the PI.
2. How long does delivery take?
After receive the deposit (usually upon notification of T/T )
- Sample order: 7 days;
- Trial order: within 15 days (QTY<50pcs);
- Official order: within 20 days (QTY>100pcs);
- 20FT container: 20-25 days;
- 40HQ container: 20-25 days.
 
3. Can we use our own shipping agent?
Of course, we will do the best to cooperate.
 
4. Is OEM acceptable?
Yes. OEM & ODM accepted. Please email us for details.
 
5.Can your factory print our brand on the package?
Yes, we can. 
Customer need to provide us a copy of "logo usage authorization" letter to allow us to print the logo on the products.
 
6.Can your factory make customized products?
We can make customized products especially for you;

7. How is your factory production capability?
